By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Once your order is received, we will begin processing it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality control checks, and packaging.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the selected shipping option, as well as the destination.

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day (available only for orders placed before 12:00 PM ET).

- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.
- Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, destination, and carrier delays.
Please note: These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the following factors:
- Shipping Method: Standard, Expedited, or Overnight.
- Destination: Domestic or International location.
- Order Size and Weight: Heavier or larger orders may incur higher shipping fees.
Once you enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping option, the total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- International Restrictions: Some countries or regions may be restricted from receiving shipments due to carrier limitations, import restrictions, or other legal reasons. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Address Issues: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may require you to pay for the cost of reshipping the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the carrier’s website.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.
6. International Customs and Duties
For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine the potential charges before placing your order.
- Customs Delays: Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other government agencies.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation and resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Shipping and Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions.
- Carrier delays or strikes.
- Customs delays for international orders.
- Any other events beyond our control.
If your package is delayed, we encourage you to check the tracking information or contact the carrier directly for updates.
9. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
