1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any boxes, tags, and certificates.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved watches).
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items that are marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, tags, and certificates that were originally shipped with the product.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) used for the purchase.
- Refund Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at (540) 291-3213 or contact@iwcprecision.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the product back to us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank or payment account again. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@iwcprecision.com.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item within 30 days of delivery following the procedures outlined in this policy.
